Plug of the Week: Beleaf in Fatherhood

I’m calling this post the “plug of the week” as if I’m going to keep up some sort of habit of doing this every week. We shall see if that happens. Whatever… On to the plug!

While I was in Mexico and not at work, I had a bunch of time to kill (especially since there was only so much stuff to see in the city, and I was only but so comfortable taking Ubers by myself since my Spanish is unbueno). That’s when I discovered Beleaf in Fatherhood. I had been aware of Beleaf’s music for a number of years, but I wasn’t yet up on game about his YouTube channel.

Beleaf is a stay-at-home dad by day (while his wife works), and he works on his music whenever he can fit it in. He posts 1-2 videos per week, chronicling his escapades with his wife and two young sons. I spent many an hour watching and laughing. At some point I plan to have 2-4 big head kids of my own, and these videos serve as an inspiration. It’s cool to see Beleaf as he learns to be a better husband and father as he deals with all the daily challenges that come along with both.

If you’ve got some time, I highly recommend you check out the channel. For now I’ve posted one of my favorites below:

Be good.

This is too cute. That’s also what Mothers go through. To be a dad and go through that kind of think, makes it real. Raising children is very important. They will know you love them, when you understand them. As the song says – “Love makes the world go round”! We need more of it.
